About Our Services

  • What types of workers does Hiroshi provide?

We provide three categories: Skilled workers (electricians, plumbers, welders, masons, carpenters, machine operators, drivers, mechanics, technicians, IT support, admin assistants, supervisors), Semi-skilled workers (warehouse assistants, packaging staff, production assistants, store attendants, kitchen assistants, housekeeping, laundry, farm assistants, loading teams), and Non-skilled workers (general labourers, cleaners, gardeners, porters, helpers, site assistants, casual labourers, domestic workers).

  • How does the outsourcing arrangement work?

You share your staffing requirements with us. We then recruit, screen, and deploy suitable workers to your site. Our supervisors monitor performance, attendance, and discipline. We handle payroll, statutory deductions, and all HR administration. You simply pay a single invoice covering wages plus our service fee.

  • What industries do you serve?

We serve construction, hotels & hospitality, manufacturing, retail, warehousing & logistics, agriculture, healthcare, residential estates, events, transport, and facility management sectors across Kenya.

  • How quickly can you deploy workers?

For standard roles, we can deploy workers within 48-72 hours from our pre-vetted database. For specialized positions requiring specific qualifications, deployment typically takes 5-7 working days depending on role complexity and number of workers needed.

  • Do you handle statutory compliance?

Yes. We ensure all outsourced workers are registered for NSSF, NHIF, and PAYE. We handle all statutory deductions and remittances, ensuring full compliance with Kenya's Employment Act and labour regulations.

Pricing & Operations

Working With Us

  • What are your payment terms?

We charge a management/service fee calculated as a percentage (typically 20%) of the total gross payroll. For example: if workers' wages total KSh 100,000, our fee is KSh 20,000, making the total invoice KSh 120,000. The exact percentage is agreed before deployment and stated in the service agreement.

  • Can you replace a worker who doesn't perform?

Yes. Where a worker does not meet client expectations, Hiroshi Enterprises provides timely replacement and corrective action. Our quality management system includes worker replacement as a key pillar to ensure your operations never suffer from underperformance.

  • What is the minimum contract duration?

We offer flexible engagement terms. Our minimum contract period is typically one month, but we also accommodate short-term and event-based staffing needs on a case-by-case basis. Long-term contracts (6-12 months) benefit from preferential service fee rates.

  • How do you ensure worker quality?

Our 8-pillar quality management system covers: (1) Rigorous recruitment & screening, (2) Skills-based staff matching, (3) Pre-deployment orientation, (4) On-site supervision, (5) Regular client feedback, (6) Worker replacement protocol, (7) Complete documentation, and (8) Continuous improvement processes.
